ATRRS Course Register

To enroll in any other Catalog Courses, you must be registered to the ATRRS website. The registration process is simple but might take approximately a week to complete.
All school’s NCOs must have ATRRS access to be successful. With the ATRRS account, you’ll be able to see everything and run reports. The only thing that an NCO can’t do is enrollments. To register as an NCO, the required forms must be run through your S2. Once the S2 is signed off, you can then fax the forms to ATRRS. This will be completed in about 2 to 3 weeks.
How to register ATRRS for Catalog Courses
All the users of the ATRRS must have at least a favorable National Agency Check (NAC). With that being said, you must complete Form 2875. The printable version can be found here. After that’s done, complete the DD Form 2929 which is a continuation of Form 2875 (Block 27).
When the forms are completed, fax both forms to:
ATTN: ATRRS User Access
Comm: 703 645-0432
DSN: 224-6300
Again, your forms will be processed and everything should be completed in a couple of weeks. After this part of the registration is finished, click the New User Information on the front page of the ATRRS website and print out ATRRS Password Receipt, sign, and submit to ITA Access Management Office.
If you miss this last part, your account will be suspended. So make sure everything is done accordingly.
