Atrrs Change Request Form

ATRRS is a system that allows soldiers to request changes to their orders in real-time. Soldiers can submit change requests via email, phone, or web form and can track the status of their request with a real-time progress report. The system also tracks the priority of each request so that more severe changes are addressed first. You can use a PDF editor to make a PDF of the ATRRS Change Request Form.

It is also vital to update the ATRRS CI screen for affected classes. This will ensure proper scheduling and deployment readiness for our Soldiers.

What is the ATRRS

What is the ATRRS?

If you have an issue with your unit that needs to be addressed, ATRRS is the place to go. This tool helps Soldiers stay prepared for deployment and advance their careers by addressing their concerns quickly and efficiently. All requests are logged in real-time and prioritized based on severity. Then, they are assigned a date to be addressed. The system also provides progress reports so employees know when their issues will be resolved.

The ATRRS system is a component of the Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution System (PPBES). It supports the entire training management process by soliciting requirements, converting them into resourced training programs, distributing OSUT training quotas to component input agencies, managing training applications/reservations by agency, capturing student input/output from classes, and documenting budgeted dollars required to provide Army training.

Any change to a class schedule must be submitted through the course manager and chief instructor to the battalion S3. Once approved, an ATRRS NCO will generate a new R1 screen roster and send a copy to the instructor before the start of the class. If a student misses the first class session, the instructor will determine his/her status and report any “no-show” students to the S3. Then, a new R1 screen roster will be generated and sent to the instructor for the next class session.
